P.O. numbers are required for all orders. It just helps us log them into the system in a way you can reference.

Our turnaround time is a maximum of 3 – 5 business days from the date we receive the boards. 

We will notify you if you should place an order during our busy periods to ensure we can meet your expectations.

Urgent orders can be completed within one to three working days depending on the quantity, of course. However, in general, an extra 30% is required for these orders.

We require the correct quantity needed for all orders plus one additional plank for machinery setup and quality testing. 

Barnetts is our preferred courier covering Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra and Brisbane with a focus on Wollongong, Newcastle and regional areas in NSW, Victoria and South East Queensland.

In most cases, Barnetts pick up on the same day of booking and deliver the next day. Please confirm with us if you have an urgent order so we can make arrangements.

Freight cost depends on the area and the size / weight of package. The minimum freight cost is $30. To get an accurate price, please contact us and provide your shipping information (address, number of packs, and size)

Be aware that Barnetts will charge for an unsuccessful pickup. So make sure your pickup location is clear.

All planks need to be at least 165mm wide. If it is less than 165mm, we will need one and a half planks for each nosing

A 'join fee' is applied to orders that require the boards to be extended to meet requested tread lengths. They are $20 per join for Laminate and Engineered and $30 per join for Hybrid and Vinyl.

All planks need to be in good condition, free from defects, and appropriate for use. 

The full amount will be charged if you cancel the order upon our receipt of your nosings. 

A stringent quality check is part of our service. No refund or return will be processed if the nosing is damaged or incorrectly installed. Please call us for advice if installation advice is needed. 

If you do not take any planks left over from this order we are unable to keep them for any further orders.
